How do I make my first purchase in your e-shop?

You just have to:
- Select the item you would like to order
- Place it in your basket
- Confirm your basket
- You do not have to create a customer account, you can order by specifying your contact details directly
- Specify the desired delivery method and payment method
- Confirm your order

Can I mix and match my order?

Of course! All our wines can be ordered by the bottle.

I would like to give someone a gift. How do I go about it?

Select the items of your choice then when confirming your contact details, enter the recipient’s address

Would you like to add a personal message?

After your purchase, please contact us at the following address: boutique@sagetlaperriere.com. If you specify your contact details and your order number, we will add your personal message to your order.

How do I pay for my order?

By bank card online.

What are the different types of delivery available?

Home delivery or collection from our shop in Pouilly-sur-Loire.

How can I avoid paying shipping costs?

You have two options:
- Shipping costs are free in mainland France for orders over €350
- Or you can choose to collect your order from Maison Saget La Perrière in Pouilly-sur-Loire during the shop’s opening hours (8am-12pm/2pm-5.30pm).

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you have already completed confirmation of your order and your online payment and would like to change it, please contact us by e-mail at boutique@sagetlaperriere.com within 24 hours.
We will immediately make the necessary arrangements.

What happens if there are breakages on delivery?

Our packaging is specially designed for shipping wine. However, if you do not feel that the shipment is suitable on receipt, reject the entire order and specify the exact nature of your reservations on the bill of transport. Contact us by e-mail at boutique@sagetlaperriere.com within 48 hours, specifying your order number and the nature of the dispute.
We will make all necessary arrangements to re-send your order at our expense at the earliest opportunity.

Which country(ies) do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

How are orders packaged?

In 1, 2, 3 or 6-bottle boxes.
