Silex 2022 – Sancerre White: discover the perfect match for oysters au gratin with citrus butter. The freshness and minerality of Silex will set off the marine flavours in this refined dish.
Cru Clisson 2019 - Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine: bring out the iodine notes of a fine platter of seafood. Cru Clisson’s lively salinity will emphasise the freshness of the shellfish, creating a marine symphony that will be difficult to resist.
Génie Orange 2019 - 100% Chenin Orange Wine: pair this bold wine with some citrus-flavoured pan-seared foie gras. The complex notes and broad texture of this Chenin orange wine will dance on the palate in harmony with the richness of the foie gras.
Les Ailes Pourpres 2020 - Touraine Organic Red: pair this fabulously generous 100% Cabernet Franc with some roast turkey with wild berries. The red fruit aromas and soft tannins of this Touraine wine will perfectly complement the tender meat of the bird.
La Louisonne 2018 – Sancerre Red: treat yourself to a voyage of the senses by pairing this wine with a duck confit with cherries. The elegant black fruit notes and refined structure of this red Sancerre are the perfect accompaniment to the richness and delicacy of the duck.
Constellation 2012 - Crémant de Loire: round off your meal with a fruit-based dessert. The fine bubbles and delicacy of our Crémant de Loire "Constellation" sparkling wine will wrap every morsel in a wonderful sweetness.
